• Only Singapore registered retailers, hoteliers and restaurant owners (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") are qualified to apply. |
| • Customers to be held liable for any theft, losses, breakages, damages etc.. of products displayed at their premises. |
| • Upon selection at ArtCASH showroom, customers will do all collection and at the end of a period of 3 months to return all unsold products in good order and condition. Early return will be subject to a penalty charge of S$50-00 per item. Our company reserve the right to collect back all display with a 1 day notice to customers. |
| • Location of displayed products must not be changed by the customers without prior notice to ArtCASH. A written approval must be obtained before any change of location of products. A stock inventory to be submitted in every 2 weeks. |
| • Upon sale of any product, customers must notify ArtCASH immediately and reimburse the 75% balance monies into our (A/C Name: African Resources). Overdraft interests will be charge for any late reimbursement. |
| • Our company reserves the right to select any customers in any areas. |
| • ArtCASH reserve the rights to sell all products in the customers premise and will make the 25% commission payable to the customers upon collection of product. Notification will be given one day in advance before the collection. Any objection must be notify within 6 hours from the notification. |
| • Our company reserves the right to change all terms and conditions stated herein without prior notice to customers. |
