Buy Back Guarantee

1. To qualify for Buy Back Guarantee, members must have at least 6 months membership validity and no history of membership termination.
2. All buy backs are subject to final approval and acceptance of products.
3. All buy backs must be accompanied by the original invoice of purchase with ArtCash sticker intact.
4. Any defects to stickers will not qualify for BuyBack Guarantee.
5. Any purchase, delivery and inspection will deemed to be a final agreement and settlement of order.
6. ArtCash.com.sg reserves the right to reject inferior or different products as stated in the invoice for Buy Back Guarantee.
7. All terms and conditions will be subject to change without any prior notice to members.

Product Posting on ArtCash.com.sg

1. By posting products on ArtCash.com.sg, members are required to make known the true condition of his/her product on the posting or to potential buyers directly.
2. ArtCash.com.sg accepts no responsibility for claims or disputes between members and buyers.
3. To indemnify ArtCash.com.sg against all consequences and disputes for a minimum of 6 months from the date of purchases or sales.
4. To indemnify ArtCash.com.sg against all ownership related to the products and offers.
5. ArtCash.com.sg reserves the right to select and reject any products posting on to our website.
